What currency are the prices listed in on the website?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order. When will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 3-5 days production time for your order to ship out. Average shipping times are 14-21 days.

I am not in love with my order. Can it be returned? 
If the product is defective or damaged, we offer a 100% money back guarantee. If you would like to exchange or return the item, we give you seven days to send it back to us. You must ship it back at your own expense. Once we have received the product, we will exchange or refund the amount of your original purchase (minus the restocking fee of 15%). Please include your name, email, phone number and order number on the returned parcels. We cannot process your exchange/refund without these details.

Important note: If your package is already on the way, you must wait for it to arrive first before initiating the process to exchange or return the product.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order with no penalty, as long as you do so before it ships. If the item has already been shipped, we will subtract the shipping cost and restocking fee of 15% from the amount of your original purchase. It can take up to 5-10 business days for the money to be credited back into your account.

I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?
If you think you have misspelled or filled in an incorrect address, first check the order confirmation email and confirm that you have done so. Once you have confirmed that the wrong address has been provided, please notify us via email at mcimarble@yahoo.com. If you let us know and update us with the correct address within 24 hours of placing an order, we can change it. If more than 24 hours lapse, please let us know and we will try to redirect the package. However, this will be at the discretion of our delivery partners, so we cannot guarantee that you will receive the package once it has already been delivered to the incorrect address. In that case, no refund will be provided.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times can vary from location to location, as we ship worldwide. The average shipping time is 15-25 business days.
